So like Marketplace but without the cash. But you get to know the people and get things you need while jettisoning what you don’t, knowing it will get used and appreciated. I actually made good friends and cleared out stuff I “might use someday” knowing someone would use it right now.

Oh whoa…you become a member of your local Facebook Buy Nothing group. Then you post things you want to get rid of and people take them (and vice versa of course). Nice because you “know” the people and people can really use things that have become burdensome to you.

I stay on Facebook for Buy Nothing, which I’m finding is more vibrant some places than others. Then was delighted when Marketplace was like Buy Nothing, but with cash coming my way!

IDK about Marketplace…I’ve sold a ton lately, including this week. Buy Nothing Groups are thriving for sure.
