Make no mistake… Trade with Russia… or the USA or Hungary for resources originating from Russia or captured Ukrainian territory is blood money.
As long as Russia holds Ukrainian territory we cannot go back to business as usual. Europe must not trade on low price when Ukraine paid the high cost.

It is Ukraine paying the high cost for Europe paying a low price. And too many in Europe want to get back to the misguided proposition of paying a low price for its energy at the cost of Ukraine… Ukrainians and Ukrainian territory. Europe must learn low price has a high cost in the end.

Hopefully Europe has learnt its lesson about finding itself beholden to russia in commerce ever again. It does not matter how financially and commercially advantageous any proposition from Russia might at first appear… the cost in the end will always be far too high no matter how cheap the price.

Furthermore… Orban does not factor that Russian energy not only came at the highest of costs but that in future due to the lack of ‘economy of scale’ (because few in Europe will buy Russian oil or gas again) that the price itself will be sky high and uncompetitive. Price and Cost are not the same.

Maria Zakharova is crazy… Never mind that it was Russia who sent over a million Russian men to get killed in Ukraine… all blown to snacky snack sized chunky chunks for the crows to pick out of the hedgerows and dine on of vaporised into Vapor by a flash and bang they neither had time to see or hear.
