Prior to my needing to manually wash my foreskin, I could build up a small amount of smegma if I put some cream on the inner foreskin to end up with a few flakes (of smegma).

What methods did you use, and from which years from start to finish? I’m just blown away by where you’re at; you’re the only restored guy I’ve seen photos of that has reached my goal of CI10 with a snout when soft and half glans natural rollover when hard.
