Spending the weekend in Amsterdam. With my parents (they'd never been, and had never done Eurostar). Weathers been lousy but having fun! Off to Zandvoort tomorrow hopefully if the weather stays dry. Here's a couple of pics of me - not sure if I like them!

Weight loss has slowed right down, which sure is frustrating. Checking in at around 268lbs atm, my goal of 250lbs by Christmas isn't looking likely!
Down from 294 in June / 320 in Mar 24 and 330 in Apr 21 though, so some progress overall and guess I've gotta look at the bigger picture with this!
