I'd say give it some time and build up your golden bells til the 31 before the event switches over to the new buddy. At this point I'm just saving until they announce the event will end

Fr I just hope when the second part of the event starts I get better luck. Im seeing everyone who play say they got the new buddy on the first 10 draws. Ive put in their reviews that they should move some of the limited buddies in the silver pools.

You can get Leo in the limited buddy drop as well as anyone else you missed. Just check the droprates to see if you have a chance to get him. Also yeah I feel you I'm just waiting for them to drop a Light buddy.😭😭😭
