Harris running a dogshit historically right wing and genocidal presidential campaign has consequence. The Democratic Party's incompetence is infinitely more to blame than any member of the base that stayed home after decades of them moving to the right.

At this point Trump won, accelerationism is here regardless. So let's celebrate mutual aid and also work to organize against the neoliberal wing of the Democratic party and shift it in a intersectional working class direction in the next midterm and general. Infighting at this point is dumb.

I don't think any of these people are fascist sympathizers. Media diet and social circles can create warped perceptions of things and trying to protect your immediate community from MAGA is a valid fear.

I think particularly for people who are on the left and very conscious of Geopolitics/foreign policy, big picture differences between Trump and Kamala are marginal and both cross the harm-reduction red line when it comes to worldwide victims of US imperialism.

At a certain point we need to draw our line in the sand and not vote for the Democrats after they keep running to the right. Kamala was going to consolidate the corporatist wing of the Dems, at least now the party is headless and up for grabs so we can put a good candidate in '28.

The thing is Kamala is a fascist. She ran a campaign to the right of Ronald Reagan, said she wanted "the most lethal army" and supports an ongoing genocide. This really was a Tojo Hideki vs Adolf type of election. I voted down ballot but not top of the ticket for that reason.
