My Medical Assistant program has an externship I have to do for 160 hours. So I asked my company’s HR dept. for a month leave of absence.They told me no. Well, I went back to school because this job was so unfulfilling it made me miserable-like mental break-down miserable. So I quit my job today.

Today’s an emotional day. For the first time in almost 6 months Im back in the gym. The demons that chase you into the gym to improve can also be the demons that keep you from that self improvement. My emotional hellscape of the last 3 months is finally put behind me. Im small again but im here.
