I think, to avoid confusion in such matter, word "republish" would work amazing.
I know "no reposting" worked well on the old Twitter as well as on Tumblr, since there reposting called "retweet" and "reblog", but now once "repost" becomes more common on sites, these warnings do get quite confusing

I was going out for drying out marks around his lips, since he is constantly drooling, and that affects the skin. Since his smile is self-inflicted, at this point it's more as an involuntary muscle memory. But due to progressing neurological damage - the smile becomes imperfect, slowly dripping down

I was thinking of him losing/breaking his monocle, but decided to just keep it somewhat crooked. As if he tried to present himself as if nothing has happened 'til very end of his ability.
