This is why, times like these, where Left and Right are finding common ground in hating the bourgeois system, we MUST promote class consciousness.

Sadly, due to fear mongering, propaganda, and lack of education, and usually due to the Capitalist system failing them, Conservative workers are led to believe that a transgender person who is pissing where they are comfortable is scarier than Blackrock buying all the country’s housing.

Rather than alienating people right now, we need to meet them where they're at and to encourage them to educate themselves and grow. It’s important to remember that the Working Class crosses the Right-wing/Left-wing spectrum.

I was strongly Right-leaning in my early 20s, but I started noticing the injustices and contradictions and by my late 20s I was a full-blown socialist. Luigi, based on his Goodreads reviews, seems to be on a similar path.

, but we must put its reasoning through the right perspective - that being socialism and democracy over capitalism and oligarchy.

It’s the job of Leftists to explain why healthcare in this country is in such a dire state. Both sides of the aisle agree on this point, as was shown by the reaction to the killing…

It’s either assassinations like these, voting for alternatives of the system (usually right-wingers because they present themselves as the sole alternatives), nihlism, or coping through drug/alcohol abuse.

So many people are tired of the ills of capitalism, but without the Leftist analysis, they have very few outlets to express it.

It’s honestly better for the country that Luigi isn’t a Leftist, not only because it avoids attacks on the left, but because it shows you don’t have to be a Leftist to be sick of the system.

I think Luigi could have fingerblasted that CEO's butthole instead of killing him, and the public reaction would have been pretty much the same. The important thing is that now everyone is talking about how evil and greedy the health insurance racket is.

I don't think this specific individual is important in who he is. What matters is that everyone saw how much the common citizen hates the health insurance industry, specifically because it is exploitative. It's not even like we benefit politically from the death part of all this.

I think right now, when things like this happen, it’s the perfect time to discuss class solidarity and consciousness with those on the Right - or at least with people who have never thought about politics more than social issues.

His actions remain a significant moment within the development of class consciousness in the US. His actions clearly exposed the class divide - even Ben Shapiro, Matt Walsh, and Tim Pool fans have noticed the issue - and people are waking up to it.
