It wasnt until I got a huge surge of sales that it was flagged, so maybe its like anything that pops out of the norm gets scrutinized? I dont know, anyways, don't use the term Nintendo or Gameboy and make it clear its a home made game, and aparently its ok (for now...)

The word "Gameboy" was flagged, the reason the lofi cart was not removed was I happened to write "Game Boy" on that one. To be safe they're all now called "8bit retro games" :D

We'll see what happens. Considering alternatives...I have a friend who sells custom board game, tabletop RPG cards on Etsy, I don't see how that is different. Except that like Nintendo didnt authorize the making of my game for a 25 year old system.
