In my day job, I work in a mastering studio. All the gear is detented. I used to regard detents as "dweeby," but now I'm coming around to it.

I don't like being second-guess-y in the mixing process.

I'm curious how this will go. Feels like a cool cultural experiment, in addition to an artistic one.

My take: It's 2025 and if there's one thing MAGA has made clear: a lot of white guys do NOT like to share space with minorities or women.

I commend Rush for making this choice.

The history of people who decided to acquiesce to an oppressive force.

Where did it lead? What was the journey like?

Surely, history is laden with people who chose this path. It would be interesting to try to conduct a sociological study.

I am having lunch with my mom in a cafe.

There is a baby at the next table who is VERY into me. Staring, laughing and cooing. All I have to do is smile and she goes into a fit of giggles. And this makes her parents giggle. Super cute.
