My experience is exactly the opposite. Where I live UPS and FedEx deliver to my door correctly every time, but USPS frequently gets it wrong. I don't know why, but it's been that way for 5 or 6 years. Didn't used to be though, and it's way cheaper to ship USPS to me than the others are.
