My tip for creatives at this time of year is to write a list of all the projects you worked on, whether they ended up being made/funded or not. Remind yourself you did the thing, whether the thing paid for any groceries or not 😂

Little Creatures Brewery in Hobsonville is right beside the Catalina Bay Markets but doesn’t open til 12. If it was earlier they could make a killing from parent friends with 12pm nap times to live by 😂

Finally gave my toddler some Power Rangers figurines - but he doesn't have screen time, and I don't want him kicking/punching, so instead I taught him that the Power Rangers are friends who like to hug 😂

So I taught my toddler to say HIIII-YAAAA, and I just learned that there are now 3 little boys at daycare saying that all day, including when they are all lying down to go to sleep 🤭

I’m in a fun cycle: my toddler keeps putting my lower back out and then I do some work to get stronger, and then he goes and gets heavier again and it just repeats and repeats for eternity
