To me, the shutdown has felt like when Trump said Mexico was going to pay for building the wall. Expecting Republicans to pay for the Affordable Care Act subsidies based on the shutdown intimidation felt like it was the same concept.

Personally I’m totally ok with TikTok getting banned in the US. I use it and will kinda miss it, but I think the owners of the app have the right to keep their business to themselves. If people really care about using TikTok they can move to China lol.
