My 13-year-old girl had surgery five weeks ago to remove a large, slow-growing, cancerous tumor on her flank. It was a success. She happily hiked 6.5 miles with me last week. The Universe wants us together for a while longer. ♥️

Had a day off today. Watched a classic shark movie. Shark circles woman on reef. Shark eats all the people who try to rescue her. Woman kicks shark butt. Blah, blah de blah blah blah. Now, this is the exact reason why I will not swim in oceans. Or lakes. Or rivers. Or ponds.
