The real threat is becoming a collective of people who hate each other, are afraid of each other, and can't hear each other.

Indeed, mental health is a serious concern in today's society.
To have the life you want, you need to start the practice of disappointing people.
Teach yourself that adults are capable of being upset, and that your role isn't to fix everyone else's issues.
