I just completed Maui Nui! Today’s highlights were the Mama & baby whale in the channel and the 2 enormous sea turtles that welcomed me towards shore after 3 days and 50km of swimming. Plus we’ve raised nearly $10K for Pono Legal! Immense gratitude to all (save, perhaps, the jellyfish).

So it seems we’re done with head of state immunity in domestic courts (exactly where it was designed for) even as we fight for it tooth and nail at an international court? Actually, we’re probably just done with it in US courts.

Kit for the day is ready to go. Weather looking cooperative. Hoping to make it in 6 hours. In swimming a marathon is 10km so for those who run, think about two marathons in a row :)
