Doing this on my undead character, it's weird that Forsaken don't have like a "Hey what about US?" dialogue option. It's GREAT there's Loyalist dialogue, but that could be any Horde race, so there's a kind of unresolved feeling left over

An RPG in the 40K setting works way better than I expected, it's super cool trying to be a traditionally "good" person in a hopelessly grimdark setting. Especially when the only way to do tangible good is through authoritarian means. Don't talk about Rykad Minoris, beloved subjects

Kinda sucks not even canon can distinguish the differences between the different magicks these days. I guess fel was only taboo because green is scary

There's a lot in the Midnight Alpha that seems cool
But boy nothing says "planned out" than trying to rewrite one of it's main characters' entire backstory at the last minute to make him kinda sorta relate to the Horde

I think what's especially annoying re: Silvermoon and Banning Warlocks is that Warlocks SHOULD be treated as taboo and undesirable and shunted to the fringes of society... except for specifically the blood elves, who's major turning point in history was embracing it as a fixture of their society

Bit hypocritical -- since I want Sylvanas back and despise the Desolate Council -- but I think the trolls do kinda benefit from losing Vol'jin. Rokhan, Vanira, and Gadrin are a pretty good cast when they get screen time. Vol'jin often felt very similar to Thrall in characterization.

We're never gonna get a satisfying depiction of Trolls because even their supposed greatest fans think the only way to make up for bad past portrayals is to treat them like noble savages instead of, ya know, people. Especially one troll in particular.
