I'm asking people to share this, if you would be so kind - I can't take the lying about fed employees. This in particular bothers me b/c Jodi Enrst & the Administration keep saying only 6% of us are in the office which is not true - according to the govts own data. Why lie about this? Why attack us?

I was trying to explain the plot of a mainstream romantasy series to a friend yesterday and it wasn’t even really that nonvanilla, it was just the kind of thing where once you say some of the plot points out loud you realize how weird you sound 🤣🤣

I loved that one so much more than the Kite Runner (and I really liked Kite Runner). Very powerful and moving.

I’ve been buying banned books (banned in our county schools) and putting them in the free libraries around town with “read banned book” stickers lol. They go almost immediately and I have to hope it’s bc people want to read them 👍

Coming from a county where they are on a book banning spree…..there is no sense to it. They don’t read the books they want banned 🤷‍♀️
