* if you want to come and dump every single urine sample cup down the drain each day, as we have been doing for years to save government funds so our biohazard trash weighs less, I welcome Elon and Trump to stop by and help us out.

* We not only know CPR and HIPPA and blood-borne pathogen protocols, but get training in suicide prevention, conflict de-escalation, Narcan administration, and even basic self defense. I doubt either Trump or Elon know what Narcan spray looks like.

* Communicated with the healthcare team about sample requirements, test results, critical results needing immediate care from the providers, because WE ARE ALL IMPORTANT. There is no “i” in “team. The Trump / Elon, me, me, me! duo haven't communicated with anyone other than writing these sad emails.

* ran blind test samples from our national accreditation organization (ie CAP) samples. I did not fire significant numbers of accreditation employees because I did not like doing this. No one likes it, but it is important to have an outside audit and oversight.

* tested hundreds of urine, blood, genital and respiratory swabs and samples for all sorts of chemicals and viruses, including sexually transmitted diseases, drugs of abuse, HIV and Hepatitis, Covid, Flu, RSV, and so many more. I wonder if Elon and his staff have ever been tested for illegal drugs.

Since I had to reply to Elon, I might as well tell all of ya'll 5 things I did in my clinical Scientist job at the Veteran's Health Administration (and have been doing my entire multi-decade career). I suspect you all pay a bigger share of your income in taxes than Elon or Trump do...
