Some people that voted for Trump thought that his “crazy man” routine would be a good negotiating tactic. But Canada, Mexico, and the EU are not intimidated. Russia and China are certainly not afraid. Looks like the only people he scares are Wall Street, Republicans, and 10 Senate Dems.
