When you get full natural populations of Cormorants they form these huge fishing lines that skim over the water till they see a school of fish. Then the arms curl in to make a circle and they all dive simultaneously.

Of course the real answer to this is priority plowing. The road plows are doing the highest volume roads and the bike plows are doing the highest volume bike lanes.

The quality may be different but the size is the same. Tim Hortons has abandoned smaller sizes i.e. the 9oz coffee over the years but generally they increase sizes of products to appeal to the perceived value market. The size of the timbit is determined by the 6 item box which hasn't changed.

I had a 50 km commute to work. I got a touring bike. Works really well on all surfaces and has plenty of carrying capacity.
