I had asked for the names. Shouldn't be withheld at this point. Let's verify who they are and that those people were on the boat. There's no reason to protect them now, right? Then why are they protecting them or maybe they're protecting someone else, or several someones.

I believe Trump had been deported to military school by that age and imho, that is when all development, scholastic and emotional, ceased.
