I feel like they could’ve MAYBE made the highlight in the eye act like a pupil if they really wanted to make sure the audience knew where Bowser Jr. was looking… uhh idk if this is a good example but sometimes Cookie Run does this despite most of the characters not having actual pupils

The exception to this is Cosmo (with Grief Astronomer) because the creator gave me a link to watch a recording of the show which was so nice of them (I don’t even recall asking for it I think I only ever said I couldn’t go see it in person despite wanting to because. Florida.) aaaa. Aaaaaaa
