Hey @catoctincreek.bsky.social - a salted caramel applejack sour. 2 oz Catoctin Creek applejack, 1 oz Crown Royal Salted Caramel, 1 oz lemon. It's not bad! I may add a bit of simple syrup next time but it doesn't *need* it.

It's the Beer Advent Calendar from The Brew Shop time again! We start with number one - Wheatland Spring Mediate IPA. It's not bad, but there's something to it that I'm not a huge fan of, similar to another brewery's West Coast IPA Nam got me this past week. Oh well!

Surprisingly good Honduran Doritos knockoff chips from 7-Eleven. Nice jalapeno flavor without being overly spicy. The back advertises a "nacho queso" flavor I want to try.
