Today has been cute. Someone bought me a coke in Cologne as my card wouldn't work and I didn't have cash. And a family in Dusseldorf insisted they buy me a beer when we shared a table. Would you get that back home? I'm not sure.

My mental health has been up my arse. I need to reduce the boozing, but living alone, the social aspect to the pub would be hard to lose. And I'm not sure I have the fortitude to drink no/lo alcohol. It's tough.
