Oh man, the older XM4 earbuds. No connection issues, but they SUCK! I had the same experience, reading countless reviews that gave them 5 star ratings. They sound mediocre, the noise canceling is subpar, and the batteries are already in need of replacement. My old Bose, wired ear buds = 100x better.
