I've just discovered that my train ticket for tomorrow is an off peak return, so I can get any off peak train going my way!
Which means I can possibly get to Bristol an hour earlier than planned 😁

....I love that aspect!
We assume sommuch because that's what we're told, but when you actually get into it, it's either totally impractical or at the very least totally improbable.
As I've often said "History isn't written by the winners, but those with the publishing rights" 🤣

I don't normally really interest myself with individuals/people (and often specific breweries) in the beer/brewing history side of things, but it seems that in the last few (5? 10?) years a lot of research has been done into women and alenthats disproving so much common/assumed knowledge! And...

One thing Joe (head brewery) has said is that he had trouble making hazy beers. :-/

Got more done on the notes/script/location for filming this weekend, and am up to about 1800 🤣

Thankfully we get into proper records now, so less correalating random stuff together and more direct research. Thankfully I've recently done a fair chunk of the next bit, and then it's more modern day.
