In some states (like Connecticut) you can get ffs on Medicaid, but that’s hard to qualify for and you might live somewhere else but 🤷♀️

im so sorry thats awful. the same thing happened to my gf, her "progressive" ngo fired her after she filled out an fmla application, which is totally illegal but they knew we cant afford to sue them.
