Been really enjoying Mario Kart World's free roam. Lots of charm in this world and lots of fun little details like unique trick animations for different costumes.

Just beat Echoes of Wisdom. Really cute with fun puzzles that helps scratch the classic Zelda itch. Game suffers from "Scribblenaut Syndrome" by having too many options when you'll only use a handful, but it was still a lot of fun to 100%. Now don't wait 30 years to have another playable Zelda.

Quick mini reviews! Penny's Big Breakaway is a neat yo-yo based 3D platformer. I love the look and I can dig the unique tricks you can do to get around, but it didn't fully click. Pepper Grinder is a drill-based side scroller. Tough but fun learning the best ways to tunnel through each stage!

Beat Metroid Prime 4: Beyond. A bit over 17 hours, all the items, but missing a few scans I'll probably go back for. It's a very weird game. When it's being a proper Metroid Prime game and letting you explore cool alien areas with fun puzzles and mostly serviceable combat it's pretty alright. But...

Hit credits on DK Bananza. Overall had a great time going through the main game, and there's plenty to do post game. Some stuff was a bit jank but the game stayed fun the whole way through and ended really strong. Glad they finally gave him another chance after DK 64.
