Tbh there’s a lot to critique about Thanksgiving, but not the farming aspect… it’s not as easy as just planting seeds and waiting, especially for people who had no real idea about the climate or native crops.

because petting dogs has scientifically been proven to be relaxing. that said, I do not think this school has dedicated puppy playtime.

Except I’d argue they probably don’t think in English at all beyond processing stuff humans say. Since body language and visual cues are way more of their primary communication tools than vocalizing, why would verbal/sound be at all involved in their primary thought process?
