I can't 'like' this. Seen these carve-ups before: they are messy and painful for staff concerned, and not good for students either. But moving staff around (or making them redundant) gives management a warm fuzzy feeling

The advice is unusual though. Normally universities keep such resources in place after firing the staff who developed them.
