My sis had a 90 min flight from DC today to her home in Atlanta. Plane was diverted to Chattanooga for refueling. 6 hours sitting in Chattanooga airport. No hotels. No buses to take them the 2 hours to ATL. No way to get home and no time frame for leaving. Clusterf*ck.
