Grosssss, hate that. Bet it works 90+% of the time too, people don't at all read stuff. My Dr's office pulls some *even worse* shit, just having an electronic signature pad and saying to sign, with that same kinda "consent to treatment" verbiage, without providing any documents at all. Tf
