Aisha Beliso-De Jesús' book tell the story of an invented disease "excited delirium" not recognized by the AMA or other medical authorities, but used regularly to explain Black and Brown people dying in police custody. The panel on it at AAA in Tampa last week was fantastic. It's a powerful book!
