Ii would think the DOJ would investigate when a US citizen is shot dead by ICE, because that's THEIR job not to bow to pressure to NOT investigate.

I came here to write the same thing. He knows his policies are not well received. So, in his mind, the only way he can keep people on his side and create loyalty is to do this. He is a scared small man who is drunk on power. A very scary and dangerous combination.

If a Court dismisses two indictments because you are not lawfully a US Attorney, then that's that. What is she trying to do, get kicked off of every case to get the message? And the disrespect to a federal judge, is off the charts!

I agree with you, but worst-case scenario, if the 1st shot was justified, (self-defense), and I'm not sure it was, the 2nd and 3rd shots were definitely rage shots and totally unjustified. He and the DOJ know it which is why he is hiding.
