#3 The judge mocked my description explaining why it's dangerous navigating from the train to the downtown courthouse in a very small tunnel, hills of traffic, and muted crosswalk alerts. She reworded two sentences - to say 'not obscuring her vision'. This was an eye injury followup to be sure that
(the condition on which she relies) can cause by attaching photos of a cow seen one way and then another as the cow would appear to one with badly affected vision, even though there is no evidence that the doctor found these photos or supplied them or in any way endorsed any claim that this plaintiff's eyesight is or was restricted in this manner or to the degree suggested at all. in fact, the doctors report states she came in for a follow up, that she claimed the problem started the last visit, and that only at times she has floaters in the left eye and that her vision can become blurred or hazed, but that her vision in the right eye remains good, but she gets occasional smudges in vision. The Plaintiff claims to see the size of a fifty cent piece. This report is very long, but it goes on to say this shows a serious lack of credibility in her claims.

#2 This was before any trial date or Summary Judgment was set. It was denied and a 1/2 page Ruling was sent. I accepted it. The next week, I got a new ruling 4 pages long, saying I'm FAKING blindness and I'd never shown up to the court with a white cane in my hand until the ADA hearing - lie.
On this record there are many matters which might be viewed as indicating that the application for change of venue now to go to another court may be more reflective of a desire to change judges than any true disability need. In this regard, the court also ntoed for the first time that Ms. Cosper was using a white cane, not previously noticed by the court, and has additionally noted that on the face of her filing claimed that she was blind. In fact, her later application is also entirely baed on an alleged vision disabilities that are allegedly so severe that she can see little. She has included what appear to be internet images of what a bad case of retinitis pigmentosa is.
