I cannot overstate how much I enjoy the "children create creatures out of vegetables" (that become nightmare creatures as they rot over the course of the fair) category at the fair
A red cabbage used to create a bunny-looking creature. It wears a lemon slice on its' head, with eye holes dug in and filled with tiny carrot chunks. A nose is made with a grape and feet with zucchini. It has been on display for several days and is visibly wilted and beginning to rot.
