The day I sketched what would become the BeLoved Asheville logo, I had no idea it would grow into such a profound symbol. People always ask how to pronounce it—“Beloved” or “Be Love d?”

When I created it, I imagined each time someone said its name, it would feel like an invitation: Be Love.
