Sometimes the intrusive thoughts are right but this is a broken clock phenomenon, usually when I've made something that is pretty much just for me and it gets posted anyway.

Even when I'm pretty enthusiastic about something I make you get the occasional intrusive thought that says "this is all bollocks."
In my version of it at least it's not really "you're bad at this" but more "why would anyone possibly be interested?"

Sometimes you protest peacefully and the result is live fire and air raids.

I'd say UFC more than WWE. The McMahons certainly are that way but a lot of the talent isn't. The fanbase actually leaned *left* mildly, not too long ago, although had the lowest propensity to vote of any sports fandom.

I recall being told again and again in the 2010s in public policy grad school that the US was suffering from a "skills gap" and these people were just trying to get away with not raising wages (or bringing on more immigrants).
