@steampowered.com I am very disappointed with Valve and GLS. My steam deck, that I bought in 29/12, hasn’t arrived yet. Apparently, it got lost in transit. Neither Valve nor GLS did anything meaningful yet to fix my problem. Just “have patience”, “wait a bit more”. Not even a refund. 😫
