To address supermarket price gouging, we suggest:

1. Powers to break-up supermarkets in regions where their market power is clearly harmful
2. Tighter merger & acquisition laws
3. More transparency on prices & profits
4. Tax excessive profits
5. Stronger minimum wage for supermarket workers
