If you don’t have the time to do a hand held service to everyone and you can’t build the scalable solution to serve the use case. Should you still do the hand held service for a subsection of TAM? Dropping it completely seems the logical route but feels off.

Creating spatial data pipelines are a lot less fun/rewarding hour-to-hour then messing around with a project on a GIS / data cube. But that seems to be the price of scalability.
