I can’t for the life of me understand why Ayuik has done things the way that he has. SF gave him the contract he wanted & he’s just quit on them.

I think it’s like you (& everyone) is saying. If the LAD & Skubal can agree to an extension, & the costs is something like Glasnow, Sheehan, Hope, Freeland… it will happen. If there’s no extension, it won’t. If the cost is way more, it won’t.

Every move Frank has made has double & triple downed on his initial decision to go all in on 213. He has too much skin in the game to admit he was wrong & that it’s in the best interest of the franchise to move on. Frank’s all about what’s in his OWN best interest so as not to lose his job.

Maybe, the jabronis in charge of this era & this cause of depleted assets & a not so great next half decade bc of it should be the ones going. Ballmer needs to get rid of Frank ASAP & Lue should be right behind him.

Absolutely not. He’s been crucial to this lineup, no question. But he’s older, barely covers enough area at 3B & simply can’t be relied on health/availability wise for how much they depend on his bat. This needs to be the last rodeo of Muncy as our starting 3B. Less 💰 as a util? Sure. Extend.
