It’s always a melodic good time when the Yale Glee Club rides @mtametronorth.bsky.social from New Haven to New York for a performance, and then back home afterward. Hope they captivate their audience and enjoy the train rides.
The Yale Glee Club brought the holiday spirit onboard Metro-North!
They rode the New Haven Line into NYC for their performance at the Yale Club — and along the way, filled the train car with a stirring rendition of Ding Dong Merrily On High.

We'll be doubling the holiday spirit this year with the addition of a festive diesel train, bringing bright lights and spreading holiday cheer to even more stations!
These Holiday Lights trains will make their debut on Friday and run through New Year’s.

The wreath-hanging ceremony was moving and emotional, as it is each year, and having the chance to see the new Veterans locomotive on Track 27 was a big plus.
We celebrated our annual Veterans Day Wreath Hanging Ceremony this morning, honoring all those who served.
Our newest heritage locomotive—created and designed by Metro-North veterans—is on display at track 27 in Grand Central through tomorrow, entering passenger service at the end of the month.
