I don’t believe he’ll score at the same clip as in 🇵🇹 but if he gets the same chances, he scores a fair amount of them. In the end, he’s a pro with a cannon and an accurate shot. He just needs a second of space within range. Simple, not real dynamic stuff brother.

Lewis, I love you dude. Footy opinions are 90% top tier but it seems you have major beef with Vic. It’s true his movement isn’t always great but it’s never been, nor will ever be elite. He moves how he wants the ball–Ø needs to play more direct with him. Period. If not, we’ll never see 15+ goals.

Same point as Lewis made–I got it. That pass was neither a play to make space, nor was it to setup a shot. It was a crap pass into Narnia. Arsenal are bereft of any direct play at the moment & passes to shoot are needed. Ø is a prime offender of this & he missed a prime opportunity with Vic here.

And for anybody that watches a lot of different sports, the officiating in the EPL is objectively horrible. Poor officiating aside, I can’t think of another professional group of officials that doesn’t at least try to standardize and improve as a core practice.

If Law 12 is followed, almost every outfield tackle should be a foul as well. If touching the ball prior to the foul negates the contract afterward then change the rule to require a touch first.
