Colorful setting, clearly legible logo, and cute characters all work well. You could consider tweaking the relative size of those 3 elements. Why not devote more of the space to the characters? They'd have a stronger impact if you moved them right more, maybe separated them a bit. A bit larger too?

And the back table/trays take away from the food in the foreground. I'd suggest simplifying or just removing the back altogether.

Also, try to make sure Chef's face is in good lighting and clearly readable. If you had the budget, having a 2D artist redraw the entire thing could also be effective!
