He's pretty much the fastest long distance runner in the world the past 10 years.
This week he did the most gorgeous thing. He ran a 10km race in Bangkok. He ran with the Queen of Thailand, Suditha Tidjal, so at about 1/3 of his usual pace. =) Somehow this struck me as perfect =)
