I'd be surprised if it were less than 15 points even still but maybe I'm underestimating the district. To your point about Black moderate homeowners, I feel like this is a pretty good bulwark against the encroaching Bed Stuy voting patterns.

Seems like it's devolved pretty quickly into humans who can bet on the events they control without any insider trading restrictions whatsoever.

This is an announcement that any other mayor would’ve had 0-5 non-press or non-staffers at. He’s got half the space of the plaza entrance packed with people, and everyone waiting at the light by the library and on Flatbush was trying to get a glimpse of him.
