Weather was nasty before #Armada8605 returned to Fremantle. However, worst weather at present 2.6m max waves & 15 kt max winds. Otherwise all ok in SIO ~34° S latitude. Ready for next phase of #MH370 search maybe via #Armada8606 still in Vung Tau.

#Armada8605 has returned to ATSB #MH370 sonar test area. Maybe now recovering AUV launched on Fri 30 Jan. Vessel should start heading back towards Gage Roads anchorage later as due to arrive tomorrow morning Mon 2 Feb for possible AUV technician transfer.

Update - #Armada8605 has been in same small area ~1000m across for nearly 24 hrs. Possibly an AUV is having severe issues or more hopefully AUV has found a point-of-interest (POI) & is now using AI mode for target recognition. #MH370
